It is that time of year when I write to advise of the upcoming events, dates and details of our Autmun and Winter events for Hypnotherapists of the South Coast (and you guys who travel from further afield).

Our next meeting is 7pm on Wednesday the 7th of December. I am delighted to be welcoming as our speaker, the one and only Anthony Jacquin.

Anthony Jacquin is an experienced hypnotist, therapist and trainer. He runs a hypnotherapy practice in Derby and performs and teaches at events all around the world. He is the author of the well-received book ‘Reality is Plastic’ and subsequent DVD’s ‘The Manchurian Approach’ and ‘The Trilby Connection’. Over the last ten years he has treated over 5000 people in his private hypnotherapy practice.

With his company, Head Hacking, Anthony and his colleagues have developed an effective impromptu hypnosis style that is just at home in performance as it is valuable in the therapy room. In 2010 he launched The Hypnotism Conference ‘change phenomena’.

His Lecture:
In this unique lecture Anthony will examine the nature of hypnosis and it’s practical uses and limitations in therapy and performance settings. Drawing upon years of real world experience, he will discuss details including language, structure and success rates and will demonstrate the routines he performs with in impromptu settings and how these can be used to increase your business and effectiveness in therapy. You will be taught how to use simple flexible techniques that you will be able to immediately apply.

For details of the venue in Bournemouth where the event is held, and the fees for the night,  get in touch with me. We are expecting a packed house for this meeting and there is a capacity in the event room, so please do confirm your place by letting me know as soon as possible if you wish to have a seat reserved for you. If you wish to bring friends or colleagues, they are also welcome as long as we are advised in advance.

We continue to have one of the best attended and supported groups for hypnotherapists, I hope we can continue this, and so I hope to see many of you there.

Our Next Geek Dinner:

For anyone wishing to learn more about the Geek dinners we run locally here in Bournemouth, please do read this page of my website:
https://www.adam-eason.com/seminars/networking-events-and-ongoing-development-for-hypnotherapists/

Our next, much anticipated hypnosis geek dinner is to be held on Thursday the 17th November, in the private dining room at the Days Hotel, as usual. Some of the regulars have already been suggesting topics for discussion and debate and then there is also a lot to talk about in relation to Derren Browns recent show, latest research developments, and a lot of activity in the field in recent weeks. If you’d like to join myself, the one and only James Brown, and many other stars, regulars and newbies for this enjoyable evening, get in touch. I’ll advise you about venue and fees etc. at the same time.

Anybody requesting a place and then not turning up on the night will be expected to pay the fees still, otherwise I have to cover them. We really trust that if you book a place, you give us at least 48 hours of cancellation or you will be expected to pay the fee for the dinner.

Firewalking For Charity:

Many of you regularly ask me if I am running any public fire walking events, to which I usually reply in the negative as my schedule does not permit such outside of corporate and private company events. However, I am delighted to announce that I am running a firewalk event as part of my fundraising for the mental health charity Mind following my triple marathon challenge next year. Anyone wishing to join the fire walking fun in May next year, in Christchurch, Dorset, we have a couple of spaces remaining. You’ll just be required to sponsor me £75.00 at my charity sponsorship page and you’ll be part of an amazing event. Read more here:  http://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/AdamEason

I think that is about it. I am now going to be out of the office while I am running a training in Manchester and will not return until Monday – anyone confirming places at any of these events will receive the proper confirmation emails from me when I return to the office next Monday.

I hope to see you soon.
