"Embrace the fabulous moments you have, store the memory, relive it, and know whatever happens nothing can take away that experience, you have it in the bank so to speak. What’s more, with lots of those enthusiastic, life-loving moments stored upstairs, any disappointment that does come along is easily dealt with and let go of."

For me a new way to look at expectation. How can I expect to win while focusing on loosing? Why do the disappointments seem to stick easier than the good ones? Or is it thet the good ones are overshadowed by neg. expectations?

Thanks for the post- always learning something new, Adam.

Well said Andrew, Billy is obviously being far too literal :-)

Suggestions for pre-disappointment, I like it... Thank you Andrew.

Adam, I wonder if Forest Manager, Billy Davies, has been misreading the words of Richard Bandler when he said that "disappointment always needs adequate planning". He didn't mean that literally, Billy.

Maybe the same misinterpretation was made by the client who feared that if he was “Too high spirited and enthusiastic” then disappointment may result… and that “I set myself up for a big fall.”

These both sound like pre-disappointment suggestions to me!
