That is brilliant. I suppose if he was a regular client you would have a great cue for delivering a suggestion / program. I bet there are lots of other interesting things that people do that are different and personal to them. I will be extra aware of things like that.

Regards,
Mel.

Hi Andy,

No music was playing at all, no. It was just ones own rhythm being kept.

With hypnosis, we often find ourselves focusing inwards much more than usual and as such, we become aware of ourselves a great deal more. This often causes us to fidget or shuffle or scratch as we become aware of things (sensations) that we were not previously aware of.

Interesting dancing hypnosis feet; What I'm wondering is whether or not that person can hear some music or beat they are going into trance with? As the sound on my pc doesn't seem to be working so not sure if music was playing.

I've been told by a few different people that i'm a bit of a fidget, but however, this contrary to what others think, actually allows me to relax more deeply...

I'm not like that all the time, sometimes it's just nice to relax, not doing and not thinking, other than being narrowly focused on the outcome of the trance experience.

Regards
