I think it can be far too easy for people to be ruled by fear due to the media being dominated and completely focussed on this element of our modern society. The important thing to keep in mind is that fear along with all negative emotions are obscured version of the only one true emotion there is, Love. When we come from a place of love and self-love while prioritising our health for ourselves and everyone around us, there is no room for the fear to gain a foothold in our neurology and physiology.
