I think being real and realistic is important - and I don&#039;t think it is realistic to attempt to be happy clappy all the time.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Thank goodness this has been said! I think when it comes to the Zippety Doo-Dah attitude to life, it&#039;s BALANCE that is what matters here. Sometimes we need to be sober when faced with a sobering situation. I agree that sometimes trying to be positive in very challenging circumstances can be counter-productive for some people and another way of reframing and accepting and moving forward needs to be found. I think this underlines the individual nature of the needs of different people to find strategies that truly work for them and the need for those aspiring to help to know that &quot;one size fits all&quot; is not always true.]]></description>
