On the right hand side of the page (under ‘Pages in this Section’) are a list of the courses, seminars and trainings that I run personally in the UK. These trainings and seminars are up there with some of my favourite ways to spend time as I love the personal interaction involved and the fun we have.

The Self-Hypnosis Seminars that I run in London, Bournemouth and other venues around the UK and the world are run entirely by myself because of the level of enjoyment I get from it. They have limited spaces so that I can work with everyone more personally.
