Fun In Hypnotherapy? You Cannot Be Serious

More video today folks… With reference to an article I wrote here last July… Let me tell you about a man who I wrote about fondly in my first book, who came to see me for hypnotherapy and insisted on being serious about his depression…

LOL, I see this with my dental patients all the time….

I may well need a bit more formal training (and I will pick Adams brains about that) but do try to joke with patients who look very nervous

“If you think this is going to hurt and be the worst thing in the world it probably will”

Then explain all the things I will do to make it more comfortable and explain what things will feel like before I do them….

    Is he happy now?

Gareth, once the diploma gets underway, you are going to learn how to use subtle hypnotic language to put anyone at ease, however nervous :-)
